2.1 Available Plans: We offer three subscription tiers: Basic (€9.99/month), Pro (€19.99/month), and Premium (€29.99/month).

2.2 Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charges apply if cancelled before trial ends.

2.3 Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2.4 Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Account Usage

3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Personal Use: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing credentials outside your household is prohibited.

3.3 Device Limits: Simultaneous streaming is limited based on your plan: Basic (1 device), Pro (2 devices), Premium (3 devices).

4. Content and Availability

4.1 Sports Coverage: Available sports and events depend on broadcasting rights and may vary by region.

4.2 Content Changes: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content without prior notice.

4.3 Streaming Quality: Video quality depends on your internet connection and device capabilities.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.

5.2 Refund Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.

5.3 Access After Cancellation: You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share account credentials with non-household members
  • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Download, record, or redistribute our content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer our Service
  • Use automated systems to access our Service
  • Resell or commercially exploit our Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LiphaMart or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LiphaMart is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Content availability or streaming quality
  • Loss of data or unauthorized account access
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
